Some play time fun! - Roscoe/Rockton Family Photographer

On Saturday, we met with two adorable little girls and their Mommy & Daddy for some late spring pictures.

Mommy had some great ideas of pictures that she'd like, so we traveled to three locations to attempt the "art work" picture. The girls definately enjoyed the last location where they were allowed to get in the water and play!

The girls looked so cute in their matching outfits, and willing to smile for the camera. We had some fun and a lot of laughs while capturing some adorable family photos.

Enjoy your sneak peek!

For the price of ice cream - Roscoe Children's Photographer

On Tuesday, we took our young models out for some fun. Fun for us anyway.

We were on the search for some new areas to use in family portraits. We found several and looking forward to using them. Our kids were very cooperative...after they found out that they would earn
ice cream as their reward.

Enjoy the pictures!

Photo Workshop and Model Shoot - Roscoe/Rockton/South Beloit, IL Wedding Photographer

I woke up early and drove into Chicago today for a photography workshop at Calumet Photo. It was a day filled to the brim with information AND a shooting session with a bride and groom "model."
It was an enjoyable experience, and will help me to produce better photos.

Here's a few from our shooting session!

On the move - Roscoe/Rockton/South Beloit Children's Photographer

On Tuesday, I met Baby Matilyn and her Mommy out at Hononegah Forest Preserve in Roscoe, IL to capture her six month photos.

Matilyn is such a happy baby, and in the last week has figured out how to crawl. She is on the move and very excited about it. She does not sit still therefore we had to work off whereever she chose to stop.

We caught some great pictures. Here's your sneak peek!

"Let the children come to me..." Matthew 19:14 - Beloit First Communion Photographer

On Saturday, May 1st we went along with Sarah and her family for her First Communion at Our Lady of Assumption Parish in Beloit, Wisconsin. Sarah looked like an angel celebrating her big event. It was a beautiful day which the children deserved.

Enjoy your sneak peek!

Sarah's friend came to whisper a secret to her. It was so cute.

We can make announcements for any occassion.
Sarah's full name was left out for privacy.

All you need in the world - Rockford Wedding Photographer

"All you need in the world is love and laughter. That's all anybody needs. To have love in one hand and laughter in the other." -August Wilson

On Saturday, I had the pleasure of meeting with Melissa and Paul for their engagement session in Cherry Valley. Luckily, the wind settled down a little, and we caught some pictures before the rain started in.

Paul and Melissa were fun to be with for the portion of the afternoon. Paul was definitely great for a laugh one out of every four shots. Whether we was making a funny face or pose, it was enjoyable to be around. I definitely caught some funny pictures in the little bit of time.

I am looking forward to their June wedding and the laughter afterwards.

Enjoy your sneak peek!
